All lock orders received before 3.00pm are guaranteed to be processed and dispatched the same day, we also target (and regularily achieve) to dispatch 90-95% of all orders received after 3.00pm.
All orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail parcel post or next day carrier, however if your requirement is urgent and have a vehicle off the road (VOR), we strongly recommend that you request a GUARANTEED next day delivery (available at a slightly higher cost) to ensure your customers satisfaction.
